Nyxor Apparel Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nyxor Apparel. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors

  • Original tags and packaging included

  • Not marked as final sale or non-returnable

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement at no additional cost

  • Full or partial refund

  • Return and refund (if applicable)

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@nyxorapparel.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Receive return approval and instructions

  3. Ship the item back as instructed (tracking information required)

  4. Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or delayed.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For non-quality-related returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • For confirmed defective or incorrect items, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

7. Apparel Care Disclaimer

Nyxor Apparel is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or care instructions not being followed.
